The Yaskawa Group Human Rights Policy published below is the group-wide human rights policy applicable throughout the Yaskawa Group, including Yaskawa Europe and its subsidiaries. As a member of the Yaskawa Group, we fully support and adhere to the principles and commitments set out in this policy. Respect for human rights is an integral part of our corporate culture and business activities, and we are committed to upholding and implementing all principles described therein.

In addition to this group-wide policy, Yaskawa Europe and its local entities maintain further internal policies, procedures and guidelines that are tailored to local legal requirements and regional circumstances. These documents support the practical implementation of the principles contained in the Yaskawa Group Human Rights Policy and are primarily intended for internal use.

The version published here is based on the original policy issued by Yaskawa Electric Corporation and represents a translation of the Japanese original version. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Japanese original version shall prevail.
